The client

Branch delivered an event website and a 360° virtual job-fair environment combining booth navigation with live employer sessions, workshops, real-time chat and Q&A, and job applications in the same place. An AI job matching layer scored CVs against role descriptions on weighted criteria, ranking candidates for recruiters and recommending roles back to applicants.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology leads Saudi Arabia’s ICT strategy in support of Vision 2030. The fair was delivered with Emdad Alkhebrat, a Saudi talent solutions partner supplying qualified people to public and private sector employers.

The challenge

A Kingdom-wide recruitment event needed a platform that could show employers and their openings at scale, hold a live audience for two days, and actually move hiring forward rather than collecting CVs into a folder, all without asking applicants across the Kingdom to travel.

What we built

  1. Event website and registration

The public face of the fair in English and Arabic: event and workshop agendas, the exhibitor directory and partners, and registration on desktop and mobile.

  2. 360° virtual environment

A navigable venue with a lobby, workshop rooms and an exhibition floor. Attendees move between spaces, join sessions with live chat and moderated Q&A, and open exhibitor booths from inside the environment.

  3. Exhibitor booths

Each employer gets company information, downloadable documents, a direct line to a company representative and its own vacancy list, reachable from the exhibition rooms or from a searchable directory.

  4. AI job matching

CVs scored against role descriptions on weighted criteria. Applicants see vacancies sorted by match score and can book an interview above a threshold; recruiters see a ranked shortlist with a CV summary, specialisation, certifications and experience next to each score.
