Problem Statement
Ajmal Makan needed a compelling digital experience to showcase its three waterfront districts during a key sales event and convey the scale and luxury of the development to potential investors and buyers.
Branch Solution
Branch delivered set of immersive digital apps tailored for on-site engagement. A sales app on a wall-mounted HD screen connected to a tablet controller for sales representatives to take event attendees through each district’s information. An AR app installed on tablets showing 3D models of the three project areas using 3D models along with photo galleries. An interactive tablet app to control content on an immersive LED screen, integrated with a Ventuz app.
Technology
Branch used SketchUp, 3ds Max, Marmoset Toolbag, RizomUV, Substance Painter, Unity, and Figma for the project.
