The Client
Aspire is an Abu Dhabi-based initiative leading innovation-driven public tech experiences. They launched the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League (A2RL), which is aimed at pushing the boundries of autonomous technology & AI innovation.
Problem Statement
Aspire required a complete digital system to manage public and VIP registration, on-site check-in to facilitate access control and event attendance statistics.
Branch Solution
Branch delivered a fully responsive online registration and check-in system. An event website with separate registrations based on the attendee status or invitation (public link vs email invitation), including email-based QR code ticket delivery. A check-in web app on a tablet to scan attendee QR codes.
Results
The system helped streamline the registration of 2 692 attendees, and provided the client with their required analytics.
Technology
Branch used Vercel, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Email on Acid, Resend, and Figma for the project.
